Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Beam Law, PLC, doing business as Beam Injury Law (“the firm,” “we,” or “us”), collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to this website and from people who contact us by phone, online scheduling, email, or text message.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide. When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, book a time on the online calendar, call us, or send a text message, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, and details about your accident or injury.
- Phone calls. Calls to our main number may be answered by an AI-powered intake assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. Arizona is a one-party consent state; by continuing a call after the recording notice, you consent to recording.
- Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we collect device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and referring site through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records anonymized usage patterns, such as clicks and scrolling, with all page text and form entries masked.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can help with your case
- To communicate with existing clients about their legal matter
- To schedule consultations and send appointment or document reminders
- To improve the website, our content, and our intake process
- To comply with legal and professional obligations, including Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to your inquiry or representation.
SMS / Text Messaging
The firm offers a text messaging program called Beam Injury Law Case Updates. It is available only to existing clients who have signed a written SMS consent form as part of their representation agreement. We also reply by text to people who first text us with an inquiry.
- What you receive: case status updates, appointment and document reminders, and replies to questions you send by text. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- Frequency: message frequency varies depending on activity in your case.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of texts does not affect your representation; we will continue to communicate with you by phone and email.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, call (480) 899-9019, or email henry@beaminjurylaw.com.
- Security: text messaging is not an encrypted channel. Avoid sending highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers by text.
- AI assistance: some text replies may be drafted with the help of an AI assistant under the supervision of your attorney. An attorney remains responsible for your case and for the substance of any legal advice.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Full text messaging terms are in our Terms of Service.
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate the website and communicate with you. These providers process information only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations. They include hosting and analytics (Vercel, Google, Microsoft), website content management (Sanity), secure data storage (Supabase, Airtable), email delivery (Resend), phone and text messaging (Twilio, Retell), appointment scheduling (SavvyCal), and AI language model providers used by our intake and client assistants (Anthropic). Mobile numbers and SMS consent are shared with our messaging carrier only as necessary to deliver messages, never for the carrier's own marketing. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Attorney-Client Confidentiality
Information provided by clients is protected by the attorney-client privilege and the confidentiality obligations of Arizona Rule of Professional Conduct 1.6. Information submitted through this website before an attorney-client relationship is formed is treated as confidential to the extent required by law, but you should not send sensitive details until we have confirmed representation. See our Terms of Use for more on when an attorney-client relationship is formed.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to function. We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated websites for advertising.
Within a browser tab, we also use session storage with a 30-minute attribution window to remember your first public page, referring website and limited campaign labels. If you submit an inquiry, these details help us understand how you found the firm. This record excludes arbitrary URL query strings, search terms and form contents, and is not sent to Google Analytics by our inquiry-tracking code. Blocking browser storage does not prevent you from using the contact form.
Data Retention and Security
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and evaluate your matter, and client information for as long as required by our professional record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to our legal and professional record-keeping obligations. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP and out of email by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Injury claims involving minors are handled through a parent or legal guardian.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the most recent revision appears at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the website or the text messaging program after a change means you accept the updated policy.
